    Guild Bank Policies

    These policies will be reviewed and changed as needed to ultimately make our Guild Bank as useful as possible for both the Guild and our most loyal members.

    The current primary usage for the Guild bank is as follows:

    Earn Astral Diamonds to purchase additional Guild Bank slots & Stronghold upgrade tasks;

    Bank slots are quite expensive. I purchased the first one out of my personal savings, for 150K Astral Diamonds. The next slot is 300K, then 600K, and so on.

    The only items currently allowed to be placed in the Guild Bank are:

    Rare, Epic or higher items or equipment with an Auction House value of 10K AD’s or more; (Please consider these as Guild donations, as they will be sold on the Auction House and not returned.)
    Rare, Epic or higher Items donated as rewards for upcoming Guild events.

    Donated items will be sold on the Auction House for Astral Diamonds to purchase new bank slots and for Stronghold upgrades, so if you expect them to be returned, do not deposit them. (There is a 10% selling fee charged by the game, but this is the only way to share AD’s.)

    Each item donated will be entered into a spreadsheet noting who donated it, the price it sold for, and the Guild’s net proceeds. When an item sells, I will screen capture the log, post it to the Guild Bank Register forum, and add the received amount to the Guild Member’s individual contribution tally.

    Proceeds will be used to purchase bank slots, Stronghold upgrades, etc.

    Before any of the AD earned in this manner is spent, all Guild members who donated will have a vote on what we spend it on.

    As we earn money to buy more slots, we will start opening the bank for more general Guild usage.

    Remember:

    As with all Darth Side Stronghold upgrades, please contribute what, when and how you can. While we certainly want to upgrade as quickly as we can, I don’t want upgrading to come at the cost of enjoying the game!
