Our Main Philosophy is:

Who We Are

The Darth Side is an LGBT friendly PS4 Neverwinter Guild that focuses primarily on casual to moderate active gameplay. Our main priority is to provide a low-stress and drama free environment so we can all actually enjoy playing the game.

Some of us are more social than others, and our Members’ individual interests and play styles vary. So, whatever your play style is, you’re likely to find a like-minded Guild Members to play with.

We require that our members be welcoming and accepting of all players, no matter their sexuality, race, religion or new/veteran player status. Discrimination of ANY kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from our Guild.

Leadership Structure

We strive to run our Guild democratically whenever possible, but it is not always efficient to consult with the entire Guild for all decisions. Major changes or policy decisions will generally be put to a Guild-wide vote.

Day to day, permissions changes, promotions and minor decisions will be determined by the Guild Leader with input from the council of the Guild Officer’s Leadership Council for big decisions.

When we’re not dealing with Guild Management duties, your Guild Leadership is also running around, having fun and fulfilling our personal and Guild expectations just like everyone else. So, please be patient with specific requests.

Guild Rules

We don’t have many rules, but all Darth Side Members are expected to follow these basic guidelines. By submitting a membership application or requesting an in-game invitation to join The Darth Side, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

We are a mature, 18+ only guild. No exceptions will be made.
Don’t be a jerk. Ever, to anyone. There’s no need for it. If you don’t like someone, ignore them. If someone is bothering you, report them to an Officer and they will be dealt with
DO NOT be a constant beggar. If you need something and we have it to share, you’ll be welcome to it, within reason. (No, you will not join today and be fully decked out in Epic gear tomorrow, lol). Repeated violations will result in a kick.
Do NOT use bots or take advantage of game bugs or exploits. You will be reported to the game mods, then kicked.
Do NOT scam members of the Guild or any other players in Neverwinter. You will be kicked.
Racism, Sexism, Homophobia or any other -ism or phobia will NOT BE TOLERATED. We have a very strict once and gone kick policy for bigots.
We will never pressure you to play the game outside your comfort zone. (eg “You must participate in PvP, Epic Dungeons, etc). Play the game YOUR way. There will be plenty opportunities for all types of gamers in The Darth Side.
BEHAVE in the game world as you would in the real world. Be nice to others you encounter or simply ignore them if you cannot. You not only represent yourself, but all the members of The Darth Side Guild as a whole.
Do NOT be one of those people who’s constantly spamming attacks in non-battle areas. It’s against the game rules and annoying.

We believe these rules to be fair and easily followed, and we reserve the right to modify or change Guild Policies, rules and expectations at any time. The most current version will always be posted here.

The Darth Side is an intrepid group of Sith Adventurers who have formed an uneasy alliance to conquer – err save – Neverwinter and claim it for The Empire! We are an active, but casual PS4 Neverwinter Guild. We are an LGBT friendly guild that welcomes all players – straight or gay, and regardless of race, religion or any other group.

Discrimination of any kind, for any reason, against anybody whether against fellow Darth Side members or other players in the world, will not be tolerated.

We pride ourselves on offering a casual environment where gamers of all skill levels and types feel welcome so that you can fully enjoy your Neverwinter Adventures without the added pressure of overbearing Guild rules and the drama that often causes.

Whether you are a casual, moderate, hardcore, we hope to provide you the escape from reality you desire while gaming.

That being said, there are some basic Guild Rules, guidelines and requirements. Since we are still newer, these are preliminary and subject to change without prior notice, based on the needs of the Guild and/or it’s membership.
