Well Met, Adventurers!
The Darth Side is a group of intrepid Sith Adventurers who have formed an uneasy alliance to conquer Neverwinter on the PS4 Platform and claim it for The Empire. We are diverse, LGBT friendly and welcome all players who are accepting of all fellow human beings. We are an active, but casual Guild that caters primarily to those who prefer solo PvE, but want the benefits of a Guild. However, we are in a large alliance, so help and end game group content is always available too!
We pride ourselves on offering a casual environment where gamers of all skill levels and types feel welcome so that you can fully enjoy your Neverwinter Adventures without the added pressure of overbearing Guild rules, quotas, group pressures, elitism and the drama that often causes.
Some of us are social and utilize text or mic chat features and enjoy group adventures. Others prefer to spend their time in Neverwinter adventuring solo. You are always welcome and invited to participate or organize social events, but will never be required to.
While a lot of guilds enforce strict donation quotas or membership “fees” to remain in good standing, The Darth Side does not. However, Stronghold Upgrades are a rather expensive and time consuming grinding endeavor, we do expect our active members to contribute resources to the Guild Coffer earned via Stronghold Quests or other in-game resources as they can, when they can. We will never ask or require items that would cost you real money to purchase.
Whatever your play style is, you’re likely to find like-minded players to play with in The Darth Side!
That being said, there are some basic Guild rules, guidelines and requirements. These are subject to change without prior notice, based on the needs of the Guild and/or it’s membership.
GUILD REQUIREMENTS
Character Level/Class/Race: NONE
We welcome both dripping wet recruits as well as grizzled war veterans. We have all been there and needed a helping hand along our hero’s journey.
The only requirement for membership in our Guild is that that you are welcoming and accepting of all players, no matter their sexuality, race, religion or new/veteran player status, etc. Discrimination of ANY kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from our Guild.
Guild Contributions
As you are all aware, any Guild’s Coffer is a constant gaping maw of neediness that must be satiated to advance and grow our Guild Stronghold.
We do not have any mandatory contributions. You will NEVER be asked or expected to contribute any form of item purchased with real money nor will your character expected to go broke with in game currency or items.
In the meantime, we think it’s a reasonable and achievable request that all Guild members complete a minimum of one stronghold daily quest per day and turn in the results to the coffer.
If this is agreeable to you, and you are a mature and laid-back gamer looking for a low pressure Guild in Neverwinter – you’ll find a home in The Darth Side.
P.S. We also find those lacking in patience with newer Gamers disturbing and will not be tolerated.
